Due to the sensitive and intense nature of this training, all prospective cohort members must meet foundational readiness criteria before entering.

A FOUNDATION IN CHRIST

This training is specifically for followers of Jesus Christ who are either actively serving, studying, or seriously interested in pursuing education or ministry in areas such as counseling, pastoral care, mental health, inner healing, or deliverance. You do not need to hold a professional license or already be working directly with SRA survivors, but you should have a genuine desire to become better equipped to serve vulnerable people with wisdom, discernment, humility, and responsibility.

Spiritual Maturity & Calling

You Must Be Teachable

You do not need to have a perfect story or be completely healed. You do need to be actively taking responsibility for your own wounds, triggers, trauma responses, and spiritual health. Unaddressed wounds can affect how you perceive, respond to, or attempt to rescue another person.

Spiritual gifting, discernment, ministry experience, or personal revelation does not mean you will always interpret another person's experience correctly. You must be willing to listen, learn, receive correction, say “I don't know,” and recognize when something exceeds your knowledge or role.

Survivors Safety First

You must understand how internal programming and ritual trauma can impact a survivor because their safety will always be priority.

Everything you thought you understood about inner healing and deliverance becomes more complex when you're sitting with an SRA survivor experiencing severe trauma and dissociation.
